The villa comprises of 2 floors each with independent access. 

On the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each has fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 twin beds. Sited between the 2 bedrooms is a fully tiled bathroom which includes a shower cabinet, a bath with shower, a vanity unit and sink plus a WC. The bedroom and bathroom area are accessed from a hallway leading from the living area.

There is an adequate kitchen which includes: A double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, deep fryer, microwave oven, a gas hob, with fan assisted oven and grill combined. Cooking utensils are included. There is adequate crockery and cutlery for 8 people.

The rest of the upper salon is a living area which has air conditioning/central heating with a 3 piece cottage suite, a circular dining table and chairs, a TV and video plus a coffee table and chest of drawers. 

Access to the substantial upper terrace comes from any one of 4 doors. The terrace is covered with a traditional wood finish. A teak table and 6 chairs is housed on the southern terrace and is excellent for al fresco living. The whole floor including the terraces are tiled in the traditional Spanish style.

The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, each has fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 twin beds. Sited between the 2 bedrooms is a fully tiled bathroom which includes a bath with shower, a sink plus a WC. There is also a separate WC.

The rest of the salon is a kitchen/living area with a 2 piece leather sofa suite, a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen area includes a gas hob, a refrigerator with ice box, a work area. Crockery, cutlery and some kitchen equipment is included in the storage beneath the work surface.

Access to the substantial naya (covered terrace) comes from any one of 3 doors. The whole floor including the terraces are tiled in the traditional Spanish style.

Security shutters and/or door grilles are fixed to all.

The total area of the gardens is 3000 meters sq. Within the garden area is a fully tiled swimming pool measuring 10 meters by 5 meters. The pool is 1 meter deep at the shallow end dropping to 2 meters at the deep end. The pool is accessed by a tiled stair. The pool is filtered (on a timer) and illuminated for night use if required. Patio furniture and sun loungers are available. Off-road parking for up to three cars is accessed via a large electronic gate. The cultivated, irrigated garden and vineyard is attended by a gardener 2/3 times a week. The gardener has a separate access to the land.
